Version 0.3

Another small graphics update (and the last before more play features can be worked on)

Changes in Version 0.3:

• Replace ground sprite with a shadow for the rubber ball
• Add second jack sprite that has a 50% chance of being applied to a jack
• Vary the pitch of game sounds to make the game a bit less monotone
